Shadows creep around / the pathways of my dreaming / dim, misty and veiled ///

I’m filled with your light / from a thousand miles distance / lantern of my love ///

Whispering your name / over and over again / starlight on the breeze ///

Darkness no longer / holds a menacing promise / only certainty ///

Stronger now I be / a bright path forward, I see / obstacles are none ///

Pain flaking away / bright and shiny far below / scarred by character ///

Breathing quite slowly / breath sails across the water / from me into you ///

You are no stranger / bound by the light within us / twins of a far sun ///

The slow growth of trees / in a circular motion / reaching for heaven ///

Stones worn smoothly, by / the winds of time and sunshine / smile in reflection ///

Pressed grapes and olives / nectar of the deities / nourish and sustain ///

Days without ending / fair weather or hurricane / held in your embrace ///

Shadows shift away / past memories forgotten / a potent spectrum /
